Melbourne electronic duo Dual Manner are set to release their euphoric new track ‘Take Me Home', an emotionally charged and deftly constructed follow up to their January release 'Start Again'. Taking inspiration from deep garage and melodic techno, the union of melancholic lyricism and commanding production once again proves Dual Manner’s ability to bring nostalgic warmth to dark dance music. ‘Take Me Home’ is another taste of Dual Manner’s upcoming EP, to be released later this year.

Speaking on the story behind the track, Dual Manner says, “Stylistically it takes inspiration from artists like Burial, Sorrow and Jasper Tygner in the deep garage scene. ‘Take Me Home’ is a song trying to convey all the grief, anger and self pity that rushes through you at certain crossroads in life.

Sonically we wanted to combine the more melancholy and ethereal vibes of deep garage and inject some more techno energy and aggression.”

'Take Me Home' comes alongside an official music video featuring the stunning landscapes of New Zealand's north island. Shot by Jacob Edmonds, the video serves as a reflection of the formidable beauty of the song and the undeniable connection to one’s home.

With eight impressive singles under their belt, Dual Manner have hit the ground running since their

formation in 2019. Singer/songwriter TJ, from a small country town in the high country of Victoria,

worked as a carpenter and busker, while Bryce, an accomplished jazz bass player, is also a self-taught music producer and mixing engineer. Both skills combine to craft the unique song writing

and sound of Dual Manner.

Currently completing their first body of work, Dual Manner are pushing forward their melancholic techno sound towards a more contemporary soundboard of rave and hard dance which is exciting a rebellion of young dance fans globally.
