It takes a certain type of man to look sharp in a bath robe and pop bubbles in the day light hours… A-Trak is obviously one such man. Bringing thanks and well wishes to Australian Duck Sauce fans in a way which only the internet can allow, we received this video-thank-you in our inbox this morning as we broke the news that Duck Sauce’s single ‘Barbra Streisand’ has officially gone double platinum!

Aren’t big shiny things just the best?
Combining our love of shiny things with some tropical weather patterns which descended upon Sydney on New Years Day, etcetc slipped, slopped and slapped our way across the Domain to Field Day and presented A-Trak and Armand Van Helden with what could have made the perfect centerpiece for any festive feast – Platinum Records – for Duck Sauce’s club jam ‘Barbra Streisand‘. With the boys performing their only Australian show on the day (along side a 12 foot tall inflatable duck), it’s clear that 2011 is going to be the year of the duck.

Waiter, can we get name-check please? A-Trak & Armand Van Helden are the Sauce – Duck Sauce, and finally we can announce that theofficial clip for their second single ‘Barbra Streisand’ has arrived!
Scrolling through the rollerdex, the boys have called in the who-is-who of the music community to fill the frames of their clip for ‘Barbra Streisand’. From a cameo from Chromeo, a drop-in by Billionaire Boys Club Pharell Williams, to a Kanye West love-in, there’s never been more guest spots Sonny and Cher show. Produced by Edbanger creative legend SoMe, the clip captures what Duck Sauce are all about – it’s a straight up block party!
