Upon returning home from his epic debut tour of the US and following on from latest single “I Hear You” which reached #19 on Shazam's Future Hits ChartsSydney producer Kilter today shares three brand new tracks, lifted from his highly anticipated debut album Through The Distortion out June 9 via etcetc.

The three tracks showcase Kilter’s outstanding production realm, giving fans a taste of what to expect from his long-awaited debut LP. Kicking off with “Waste Time” ft. Woodes, a track that Kilter describes as a “weird indie-rock meets hip-hop meets electro banger”, features his own dad on bass guitar to complete the “live instrumentation vibe”.

“Hold Tight” ft. Pip Norman arrives next - a synth heavy, experimental offering with luminous undertones, breezy tempo and a punchy, hip-hop attitude. Finally, we're left with “Shatter”, a nod to Kilter’s earlier production, carefully layered with gritty bass and drum to achieve a classic slow-building grinder; one that any Kilter fan would know and love.

Having already amassed 33 millions streams online, making him one of Australia’s Top 20 Most Streamed Electronic Artists, Kilter has built a reputation as a weapon producer in the studio and a festival favourite. His eclectic live show sees the multi-instrumentalist take on synth, guitar, electronic drums, sample pads and piano. It’s no wonder he has blown audiences away from every corner of the globe. Kilter's prolific and unique approach to music is precisely what makes him such an unparalleled and exciting part of the burgeoning Australian electronic music scene.

Kilter will soon embark on his Through The Distortion Australian tour supported by Brisbane beatmaker Feki and Melbourne synth-pop duo ALTA. Presented by triple j and NANA JUDY, the tour runs throughout June and July, hitting all major cities and coinciding with his Splendour In The Grass 2017 performance.

Until then, this three-track release should cure the Kilter cravings and prepare audiences for the one of the most exciting releases of the year.
