Grammy-nominated DJ and producer FISHER has unveiled his hotly-anticipated new single ‘Yeah The Girls’ featuring MERYLL. Already generating a serious buzz after being teased in his sets throughout the last few months, including his huge set at Tomorrowland, ‘Yeah The Girls’ is a slick, high-energy club cut that combines heavy synths, a deep, pulsating bassline and hypnotic vocals from Dutch vocalist MERYLL.

 

The release follows on from FISHER’s equally raucous reworking of Bob Sinclar’s legendary ‘World, Hold On’ which has already hit the Spotify Viral charts in the US, UK, Australia and New Zealand, and comes amidst a typically busy time of year for FISHER, which includes his all-new weekly residency at Hï Ibiza, playing festivals all across Europe, before heading home to play Spilt Milk, plus his very own ‘It’s Fkn On!’ tour across Australia in November.

 

Known for his wild sense of humour and energetic DJing style, FISHER first burst onto the electronic scene with tracks ‘Stop It’ and ‘Ya Kidding’ and has since become one of the scene’s most in-demand talents. He then dropped ‘Losing It’, his breakout track that earned him his first Grammy nomination. Fast-forward to 2022 and the track has now amassed over half a billion streams - cementing its status as one of the biggest dance records of the decade in the process. Another undeniably infectious dance track, ‘Yeah The Girls’ featuring MERYLL sees FISHER continue his unstoppable rise.

Returning home in November, FISHER will be taking his ‘It’s Fkn On’ tour to Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Perth. It comes with a stacked support lineup including Booka Shade (live), Pnau (DJ set), Loco Dice, Honey Luv, Little Fritter, Tina Says and Richard Penny. FISHER will also be playing Spilt Milk festival in Canberra, Ballart and the Gold Coast.
